ORDER POLICY
It is a customer’s responsibility to
read and understand all of our
company’s policies before placing an
order.
TAXES
Our store shall automatically charge
and withhold the applicable sales
tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses within the same state. For
orders shipped to other states, you
are solely responsible for all sales
taxes or other taxes.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at
an incorrect price due to a
typographical error or error in
pricing information received from
our suppliers, Tiara’s Place shall
have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price. Tiara’s
Place shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is
canceled Tiara’s Place shall
immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of
the incorrect price.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it
becomes available. However, there
may be times when a product you have
ordered is out of stock or
discontinued which will delay
fulfilling your order. We will keep
you informed of any products that
you have ordered that are out of
stock and unavailable for immediate
shipment. You may cancel your order
at any time prior to shipping.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Purchases made with Tiara’s Place
gift certificates are eligible for
store credit only unless item is
defective or an incorrect item was
ordered. All final sale items or
clearance item purchased with gift
certificates are not eligible for
refund, exchange or credit.
RETURN POLICIES
Due to hygienic reasons, there will
be no refunds or exchanges or
credits on all fashion jewelry or
cosmetics; all sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges or credits will
NOT be given to items on clearance
or final sale.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make
resulting in the shipment of
incorrect product to you will also
be accepted for return 3 days from
the date of delivery. If you receive
an item that was not ordered per
your invoice, you must contact
Tiara’s Place within 3 days from
receipt for a return merchandise
authorization number (“RMA”). If
available, the correct item will be
shipped to you free of charge and
your return shipping cost will be
refunded in the form of a store
credit. If your replacement item is
out of stock, we will process a
refund back in the form of the
original order payment method and
return shipping costs will be
refunded in the form of a store
credit. Item must be in the
original packaging. In order to
receive store credit for your return
shipping costs, you must attach the
return shipping receipt along with
RMA. You will only be credited the
amount USPS ground would have
charged for the same return, not the
actual amount spent.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Your order will be shipped within 48
hours after payment has been
approved and provided item ordered
is in stock. Orders received on the
weekend and/or holiday will be
processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped
on Saturday or Sunday except by
prior arrangement.
